Cancellation Policy
POLICIES-Staying Connected LLC At Staying Connected LLC, we value clarity, respect, and mutual commitment. The following policies are in place to ensure a supportive, professional, and respectful experience for all clients receiving non-clinical support services. 📅 APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING All sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved exclusively for the client. Appointments may be conducted virtually or in person, as agreed upon at the time of booking. 🔄 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with 24 or more hours’ notice will not be charged. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full. ⏰ LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session and cannot be extended. Arrivals 15 minutes or more past the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show and forfeited or charged in full. 🚫 NO-SHOW POLICY Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show sessions are non-refundable. Repeated no-shows may affect booking future appointments or may result in the forfeiture of package sessions. 📦 PACKAGE SESSIONS For clients enrolled in multi-session packages: Sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. 💳 PAYMENT TERMS All services are offered on a private-pay basis. Payment is due at the time of booking. Staying Connected LLC does not bill insurance for non-clinical services. Services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. ⚠️ EMERGENCIES & EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES We understand that emergencies happen. Consideration may be given on a case-by-case basis for unexpected situations. Clients are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible. 🛡️ IMPORTANT NOTICE & DISCLAIMER Staying Connected LLC provides non-clinical support, and guided conversations, services. Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace licensed mental health counseling, therapy, or medical care. 🤝 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for arriving on time, communicating scheduling needs, and engaging respectfully in all sessions.
